Disgrace! I have been waiting 3 months for a PH result from the rude and unprofessional "pathologist" dr Vladimir Bulatovic. I had a positive experience with the plastic surgery department with dr Dubravka Radonjic who removed my mole, but generally the rest of the clinical center is in an alarming state and 70% of employees urgently need to be fired.

Such arrogance, inhumane and inhuman behavior of the hematology department staff that survival is in God's hands. With the exception of a few doctors, the staff acts like they are on a fashion runway while patients lie tied to their beds receiving therapy (believe me, these are people weighing only 30 kg including the bed). All the availability of world treatment protocols, doctors and therapy availability is useless when you lack basic humanity and compassion for people who turn to you for help. You will not be joining Europe anytime soon with such standards of treatment.

The building was constructed about 50 years ago. In the meantime, the city has expanded. An expansion is needed.

The level of service is very high. Imaging, i.e., ultrasound and CT, is at the highest level. Blood tests are very well done [biochemistry, hormones, blood count]. Doctors and nurses are professional. The urologist, endocrinologist, and cardiologist did a good job, as did everyone else.

Catastrophic service, terrible, the nurses don't check on patients, just a catastrophe, shameful.

All praise for this institution and the people employed there, from the doorman, nurses to doctors, very polite, precise people who know their job. I want to thank them for everything, especially doctor Irena Maric, doctor Vukićević, doctor Dakić. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

Great experience! Came in with a suspected broken foot. Got to the X-ray in less than 10 minutes and was out with my diagnosis after 20 minutes. Thanks, great team! 🙏🙏🙏 …

I'm writing as a colleague and former student of this institution. 20.8.2022. I came with a child not yet 2 years old, with an ear infection and a ruptured eardrum. I was explained that they have a duty doctor, on call, who sits at home and waits for a call when someone comes with a referral for a specialist examination. We didn't have a referral, only a report from a doctor from the Bar health center, so they sent us to the Nova Varos health center to get a referral. When we came back with a referral from a pediatrician that the child needs a specialist examination, for cleaning the contents from the ear and prescribing therapy, we handed it in and waited. Soon a nurse appeared and explained that she had spoken with the on-call doctor and that he said there was no need for him to come, that the child should take antibiotics and we should put drops in his ear. Which we had received as first aid at the health center, and if we want we can come the next day at 10am for an examination. Then I explained to the nurse that the child has a temperature, that his ear is full of pus, and my husband asked for confirmation that the doctor refuses to come from home and considers that the therapy received at the health center is sufficient. Of course we didn't get it! The nurse was kind and reassured me that it was quite enough, that we could travel carefree to Belgrade that day (where we're from) with a temperature, pus from the ear and pain. And when we arrive in Belgrade to take him to a doctor. We also had travel insurance, so they could have charged for the examination but the doctor didn't assess the condition as serious enough to come from home..... That's about it...

We all know how the patient treatment system works in our country. We all know and keep silent. From the cleaning ladies, nurses to doctors. Woe to those who have no money, may God help them! About the toilet in the hospital that does not even have toilet paper, and sometimes even the light bulb is missing so you have to stumble in the dark and turn on your phone flashlight, the food given to patients who are being treated — better not to talk about that... in one word, horror... and the lack of basic elementary necessities... from bandages, medicines and the rest... the patient has to buy everything at the pharmacy and bring it!
