My parents had a motorcycle accident and were brought by ambulance to this institution that cannot be called a hospital. After a few hours they were released, supposedly nothing was wrong with them according to the local doctors. A private ambulance brought them home, here in Hungary they were diagnosed with multiple rib fractures. The hospital staff and paramedics behaved unacceptably towards them the whole time, they were completely ignored just because they are foreigners. Shame on them!!! Avoid this place if you can.
I don't know if the whole hospital is like this, but I will tell you about my own negative experience. Last week, we went this hospital because my husband had heart spasms and numbness in his arm. They opened our registration immediately and told us to go directly to the room. When we went in, even though we stated that our complaint was about the HEART, the lady inside told us that there was another patient inside and that we had to wait outside. While we were waiting, my husband's condition got worse and we went back inside and told her this. She said in a rude tone that we had to wait outside even though she was playing on her phone. When we said that the situation was really bad and that we wanted help, she raised her voice and said "OKAY NOW I'LL TAKE AN ECG FOR YOU AND YOU WILL WAIT OUTSIDE AS I TOLD YOU". When we asked if she treated all her patients like this, she yelled and kicked us out. I mean it, she just said "GET OUT". One of the worst parts of this was that when we said let's go to another hospital if you can't look at it, she sarcastically said there is no other hospital than here. Fortunately, the situation was brought under control in a private clinic and now my husband had to undergo an operation due to this situation. It is a pity that the hospital employs such rude and insensitive people... Remember that your job there is to help people who are in real emergency situations. If you can even dismiss a patient who comes with a heart problem like this, I am sorry, working in the urgent center is not a suitable career choice for you. If you have a real emergency, do not choose this hospital. Especially if you speak English, you can be dismissed from the place you are waiting for help in 5 minutes.
I don't understand these positive reviews.
I came with my son due to a fall. Nobody really looked at my son, neither pupil reaction nor anything else, even though he had already vomited multiple times. After the CT we were brought to a room, why we're staying - there's no answer either. With the night nurses you had the impression you were disturbing and annoying them with questions. You were constantly told the doctor would come right away, you weren't allowed to walk in the hallway because you could supposedly get infected.
Dear people, I recommend disinfectant as well as better cleaning of beds and bedside tables. Stuff from multiple previous patients was stuck on there!
No information about CT images, nothing.
The nurses were busy smoking and typing on their phones.
Lots of colorful fingernails, jewelry - that is hygienically very questionable!!!! There is no disinfectant, neither for hands nor toilets, let alone for staff!!!
So being well taken care of means something different to me.
You had to pull everything out of the doctor's nose too. Professional competence looks different to me.
I hope I won't have to visit this hospital again.
I have a heart disorder called "coronary heart disease" which is a dangerous disorder and can lead to heart attacks. I had heart spasms attacks today and our neighboor took us to this emergency center. The nurse on help desk understood the situation and told us to go to 01 policlinic immediately. I got there and the nurse told me they already have a patient. I understood and told her my situation and she asked me to wait, which I did thinking the other patient might be in danger too. After 5 mins My spasms got worse and my arms started to get numb. I went in again and asked them if there was any other room where they can address my emergency. The nurse then started shouting in Montenegrin and said in English" UUUUGH OKAY THEN! COME ON LETS DO ECG!" I was shocked to see her attitude and told her this is not a way to speak to a patient raising my voice same as her. I told her why didn't you do the ECG when I first came in then? the other bed in second part of the room was empty then too? she then started to get mad in her own language and started shouting "GET OUT!" All the other patients on the line witnessed this as well. My spasms got worse and some of the patient's son offered to take us to another private hospital which we agreed and there my condition was treated with care. You should avoid this place at any cost.
The rating would be -100 but unfortunately that option does not exist. It is sad that some healthcare workers call themselves doctors, like for example Dr. Maja Taušan Lješnjak. I went to an examination with my father who is 85 years old — so much unprofessionalism, arrogance, without any mercy or respect for his age, not to mention his illness. The said Dr. Maja Taušan Lješnjak should work in a women's prison as a guard.

I want to share my experience regarding a visit to the Clinical Center of Montenegro. My grandmother was supposed to have surgery, and I went with her to support her. To my great surprise, I was not allowed to enter the ward because I was wearing shorts. Even though I explained that I wanted to escort my grandmother to the operating room, they kindly but firmly asked me to stay in the waiting room.
The most frustrating part came when five minutes later I saw another person who was also wearing shorts enter without any problems. I was shocked by such arbitrary treatment, which unnecessarily had a negative impact on my experience at the hospital.
I understand that hospitals have rules to maintain hygiene and patient comfort, but I was disappointed by the inconsistency in enforcing those rules. Clear and fair guidelines consistently applied to everyone would significantly contribute to a better experience.
When I tried to file a complaint about this situation, I encountered a very hostile reaction. To my great surprise and frustration, they asked me in a raised tone to leave the hospital. This experience seriously shook my trust in the professionalism of the Clinical Center of Montenegro. A day that was already stressful and difficult became even worse due to unequal treatment and lack of respect in communication. I hope the hospital will reconsider its policy and the way complaints are handled to prevent others from experiencing a similar situation.
I strongly DO NOT recommend this place to give a birth to your child! We have a lot to complain about.
1. If you have a c-section they won't let you spend as much time with your baby as you want to. First couple days my wife cried because they shown son to her just 2-3 times.
2. Price is 5000+ euro for 10 days in hospital, C-section and 4 days in baby incubator.
3. Light in room always was on! Even at night! Just imagine you gave a birth and need some time to restore and you can't even sleep normally. My wife tried to turn it off but nurses always turned it back on.
4. Meal was poor. They always grab your meal back after 30 min they brought it! When you are a "newcomer" as a mother it's not easy to feed baby and do rest things with huge scar on your stomach! And they don't care if you had to feed baby first and didn't eat your meal on time. If you have c-section get ready for that because you have to eat in a biiig intervals. Get hurry.
5. You can't use your bedside table as you want. The cover have to be always clear, nothing left on it! If you leave you water on it they will move it inside drawler! No matter it's hard for you to get up and bend down to get it when you gonna drink.
6. It's allowed to smoke on the balcony in your room so get ready you will breathe it all the time.
7. Only ONE of all nurses was really caring and gentle. In my opinion only this kind of person fits to this job. She helped my wife to start feeding gently not in rude manner. She gave nice advices.
8. Unfortunately nobody talk english, so get ready for that.
My wife cried a lot. It was unexpectedly bad experience for a person who lived through c-section and give a birth for first time. And moreover unexpected after reading their principles (it says that they use modern human-oriented methods).
Especially if you're a tourist, may your path never lead here.. They never care, they don't communicate with you. Since yesterday I've been lying with dried blood on my face and a burst lip, I'm in pain, they brought me breakfast to eat with my bloody lips, when I asked for water they didn't give it to me, I've been without water for 24 hours and lying without any contact person with a fracture in my spine. Merciless and inhumane.
