The first time they forgot to register me, and I came from Budva. The second time they saw me an hour after the scheduled time

Dr Nermin Abdić doesn't even deserve this one star. Examination of knee and spine including writing the report takes 8-9 minutes. He didn't even want to look at the spine MRI, asks for a new one, won't consider options, let's just do a scan. Patients treated like on an assembly line. Shameful!

I came here from Budva for MR. Yesterday they told us that your report will be ready for tomorrow morning and we will send your email adress. And today we called them too many times for result. Firstly they said its preparing now and then we didnt get any mail from them again. Now they saying that we will prepare result at 9pm. They must be kidding us! I have pain on my leg so i cant walk clearly. Now Im going to Podgorica again with this leg. If my specialist doctor ask me result what should i do???

I arrived at the appointed time. I waited an hour, the doctor did not see me. They didn't even apologize. Terrible service and rude receptionist. Never come back.

Clearly had to wait 40 minutes, for an appointment that I scheduled well in advance, and confirmed via a phone call a day prior to it. I was told the doctor is traveling to the hospital, and it turns out the doctor was there the whole time.

We are not at all satisfied with how their system works, very unprofessional, irresponsible workers who send doctor's reports, you have to wait very long. As for the professional side of the doctors, very kind and humane people.

Unkind and Unprofessional nurses, Doctors diagnoses are ridiculous and harmful.
