Kirill Gorodkov is a boor and an inadequate person. He's rude to you right away, doesn't know anything himself and prescribes antibiotics based on a cheat sheet from the patient. At the same time he deliberately picks a fight and says, like, I'll throw you out at your own expense. Don't waste your time on this clown, go to any private clinic.
Reviews about Dom zdravlja Budva
Polyclinic
Shameful! The assigned doctor Zekic who I know has been on vacation since she started working at Dom Zdravlja, also the nurses are rude and nervous. I can't believe that such people work in a healthcare institution, people who are unable to give you an answer or direct you. Also every time we have to chase after doctors to examine us, because of course whenever you come to them they're on a break or have more important things to do than examine you. It's sad that this was supposed to be a healthcare institution but it's anything but that.
This is not about what language we speak, this is about the inconsistency of those people who work in that building: I was diagnosed with bronchitis 5 days ago and I started using pulmicort, berodual, some syrup for cough and antibiotics. Then, as they said; I came at 8:08 am this morning for a check-up and the same doctor said that I am too late, why did I wait to come, and now I have pneumonia and I should have those tests, x-ray, and come at 2 pm for results and medicine... And just a few minutes ago I exited Dom Zdravlja because they said I need to come tomorrow morning... So I was late because you said so and now I will be even more late because you say so... Good job.
Also please explain to me; how can a doctor not talk, not communicate in English? I fully respect the whole culture I am living in and I am studying Montenegrin every single day. But the health system is something different... It is insane that in that city there are only 2-3 doctors who can speak English fluently.

I've been waiting in line for 5 hours just to get a simple health certificate. You're awful.
My review is specifically about the gynecology department. The doctor is constantly not at her post during working hours. Either she has already left, or she hasn't arrived yet. Right now I'm sitting in the hallway again, the break ended at 10:30, half an hour has passed - nobody is here. Three other women are sitting with me, one couldn't take it and left. This is the third time in a week that I can't come and pick up a document.
It's impossible to get through by phone, it's always busy
It's a horrible place!
I read the reviews and headed to a private clinic at first place, but the doctor wasn't there. As I had an emergency I had to make the decision very quickly and came to this place. Can't stop crying about this decision... 😭😭😭
I have a bacterial tonsillitis. Without any examinations they prescribed 3 types of injections to me for 5 days!!! I asked them to give me oral pills and spray! I could buy the medicine in the pharmacy, I just needed the prescription! But they refused. So I had no choice but to take the injections.
One of the medication they gave me was dexamethazon!!! 25 times hire than the regular dose! In normal countries they will explain you what kind of medicine it is and ask you to sing the agreement to have it!!! Coz it's very dangerous!!! And has lots of side effects! And destroy your immune systems for months!!!!
I have got all the possible side effects! The infection is still here.
😭😭😭 Craaaaaaazy!!!
On top of all they are very rude even though I have paid money for their "service"!
Avoid!!!
Absolute horror!!! Having a very painful outer ear infection, I was never able to find out how long I should take this antibiotic, neither the doctor nor the nurse speaks English.
After 3 days of treatment I am still in just as much pain.
The reception for tourists is degrading, as is the care provided.
I rarely write bad reviews. But I am obliged to inform everyone about the attitude in this place. The service is terrible. We did a free test, the results of which we never received by email. They sent us everywhere, but we never got the test results. None of the staff wanted to help us. In response to our requests, we heard only shouting and rudeness. I deeply regret having encountered such service. Be prepared that after doing the test you will get nothing, and they will be rude to you and yell at you.

Unfortunately, almost nothing worked regarding the free PCR test.
2 stars because the preliminary process went reasonably smoothly.
The appointment scheduling was quite quick and was answered promptly. We were even given our preferred appointment at 08:00 in the morning. So far so good.
Now the second part: We were already on site around 07:40, right at the door. To our surprise, names of scheduled people were already being called out. I thought, well, maybe these are people who got an earlier appointment... wrong. As time went on, my family and I became increasingly nervous because we weren't being called. When in the end only a few people remained, the stressed lady said: THAT'S IT, YOU CAN ALL GO, we're done for today. I thought lightning had struck me. How is it possible that we weren't called, even though we had an appointment for 08:00 and were present at 07:40? Very simple, they had already started at 07:15 (so much for scheduled appointment times) and we were numbers 10 to 14, meaning the first ones called, but we weren't present yet. According to their logic, we should have been there earlier and it was our own fault. Are you kidding?! After various protests from those remaining, including myself, they said they would exceptionally call the names again. At that moment we all thought everything was fine and we were safe. Wrong again.
Part 3: According to the info email, the letter stated that results would be delivered the following day via email from 14:00. After checking emails hourly, no tests arrived. Even late in the evening at our farewell dinner, no emails from the Red Cross. So our last evening was ruined. It was pure stress and not a trace of relaxation on the last evening!!! On top of that, our flight was the next day, which made us even crazier.
The next morning the same thing, nothing in the inbox. I then took the initiative and emailed asking what was happening with the needed tests, as our flight was leaving in 4 hours.
Only a confusing email came back saying the tests are only valid for 72 hours. That wasn't my question, I thought. Long story short: We all jumped into a taxi under full stress and got a rapid antigen test at a private clinic, with which we were allowed to enter Germany. As for the PCR tests, they actually arrived, but 15 minutes before departure and one was even missing, so it would have been pointless anyway.
Conclusion: Stay away from this place and pay stress-free 14 euros for a test you can get on the same day of departure, without being scr...ed over by them. Or even having two days of vacation ruined, as happened to us.
The ladies who conducted the tests were very friendly.
This review is not dedicated to the whole facility, only to the free PCR test entrance area.
I don't know why there are so many negative reviews here?! In general, I'm satisfied with the service I received, especially since it was free! I was in transit through Montenegro and urgently needed tests for entering Serbia. They accommodated me and scheduled an appointment for the very next day after my request. I received the test results in paper form at noon the next day. The doctors are quite competent and responsible. They speak Russian and English. I think it would have been possible to arrange for electronic test results, but there's a degree of risk, just like in an expensive clinic, that they won't send you the results.
