Awful, the stuff was unpleasant. The appointment scheduling so disrespectfull, i waited for an hour. They take a good amount of money for nothing, respectfull your customers!! And for others avoid this clinic!!!

I had laser vision correction at Optimal hospital. I am extremely satisfied with the results. And all praise for dr Sergej Alpatov and the entire staff. I warmly recommend it to everyone who needs it.

First time at this clinic. I was here today for the removal of postoperative sutures on the conjunctiva. The surgery was done in another country. Doctor Edita removed the sutures quickly, painlessly, and professionally. I would also like to note the friendliness and sincere desire to help, both from the doctor and the girl who greets patients at the reception. Her name is Ivanna and she speaks Russian. The most positive impression of this medical facility. Thank you so much!

They turned an elementary service - checking a child's eyes for astigmatism - into torture. The dilating drops were not instilled into the eyes, but literally poured in. First the nurse, then the doctor (a Russian). The child's eyes hurt for a very long time and could see practically nothing. For about an hour. After they issued the result (costs 50e), they immediately offered to prepare another form with colorful pictures and explanations, but the information was the same as what they already issued in black and white. For the color version they asked for an additional 37e. We refused, it was pointless. Along the way, the doctor kept asking how long we had been in the country, spoke poorly about Montenegrin medicine, and insistently recommended his wife as a pediatrician, who works in a private clinic. We left the clinic with a disgusting impression and mood. We decided never to go there again.

I had a great experience at Bolnica optimal, i was helped swiftly after arrival. The staff was nice and helpful with answering any questions. I will definitely be returning if needed!

I was examined at the clinic on 06/06/2023 by Dr. Alpatov. Having the documents with the diagnosis on hand, I needed to get a recommendation on the purchase of medicine. Dr. Alpatov prescribed a medicine that is not available in Montenegro at all.

Praise for doctor Bradaric, the only one who prescribed me cylindrical lenses and improved my vision.

This place is quite useful. Although I didn't manage to get my miopia operated on, at least I learnt that I had slightly damaged my cornea with excessive use of contact lenses. The doctors explained these things about my eyes better than most other eye doctors I have visited over the years, and I also learnt the importance of using eye moisture drops in case of dry eyes.

Excellent laser vision correction. All praise for the doctors and medical staff. I was also surprised by the modern medical equipment and the huge operating room.
