Dr. Stanisic is very professional. Straight forward and very informative. I just had a C Section and stayed there for 2 nights. The nurses was very good. Vera, Jovana, Meritska, and there's another one. They were so encouraging. Though I had problem getting the epidural. Gen Ane was the last resort. It all went well.

In the Radiologija – dijagnostika department the doctors are good and competent. I came in with a suspicion of a hard-to-diagnose injury - they listened, discussed among themselves, ordered an examination, and performed it flawlessly. Hvala!

Poor service. Firstly, wrong info received about the lab hours at the info desk a day ahead - don't rely on info desk, they had no accurate info to share, and the lab unexpectedly confirmed it's perfectly fine. Secondly, the Lab was reluctant to perform OGTT test to a teenager without the pediatric assistance. They seemed utterly scared and uncertain about such a routine procedure, recommending full hospitalization, bringing it up to a higher care level. We went to another lab in the city and got the OGTT treatment with kindness, trust and no hesitation.

They are not open 24 hours at all Empty talk

As I can see, everyone is complaining. I don't know anyone at the clinic, I've been using their services for a long time.. If they don't answer my phone call, they call back within ten minutes at most. As for examination prices, everywhere a specialist visit is from 50 euros and up.. But I pay 20 euros for a check-up with an EKG that they do for me, and that's with dr. JOVICA FROM BG.. So something doesn't add up with you. But hey, for your money there are other clinics too, so go ahead, nobody's stopping you..

I wholeheartedly want to praise doctor Nikola Stanišić, midwife Biljana, and baby nurse teta Vera. Such professionalism, kindness, expertise and empathy. All praise! ❤️

Bad service! Unprofessional! Way too expensive!

Doctors are mainly fine, but for a private hospital with market prices waiting for an appointment for an hour after the booked time is unacceptable, and this is a common practice. Be prepared to spend half a day for a simple visit

Prepare to wait. Two hours of waiting, they made appointment for 4-5 people while doctor is in the same time ih operation room.

Terrible, rude and unprofessional behavior of the Call Center girls.
