I want to thank the staff of Codra hospital, especially the urology department with Professor Perovic and dr Djurovic and their professional approach and expertise. I also want to mention the other medical staff in urology who had maximum patience and dedication to patients. From admission through the preparation process for the intervention as well as after the intervention, both doctors and medical staff guide and inform you and do their best to make the postoperative stay as easy as possible. Thank you!!!

A very incompetent and unprofessional hospital. I don't recommend anyone to contact this institution. They did an analysis, said results in 5 days. 5 days passed, a month — still no results. Only when I threatened to take my money back, they sent the result in 15 minutes. It was probably made up artificially.
The institution simply rips off money.

A tiny hospital like a bad city clinic. I came at the appointed time, had to wait 15 minutes, the doctor was letting in those closer to the door, even though he saw me arrive and wait. I didn't like the orthopedic doctor Barjakiarovic. Patting the nurse on the back, he asks, like, what's wrong with you (see what a babe I've got, and you came here with your sore leg?). Can't read an MRI. Do an X-ray, he says. He wrote in the report what I told him myself and goodbye: can't you see, people are waiting? Slap-dash, and get out. Finally, I had to wait at the reception while one woman chatted with another, just to pick up a paper she was already holding in her hands. What did I pay 50 euros for?

I want to express a huge gratitude to a team of the Codra Hospital. All of you are totally professional and inclusive people. My husband had an intervention and he was there for 3 days . Administrators, nurses, anesthesiologist, and surgery were absolutely wonderful. Thank you Dr. D. Burzan for your professionalism. I want to say a million thanks to a beautiful anesthesiologist. It was a great work. Particularly I want to hug a nurse, who helped my husband yesterday and today. I don't know her name. I'm terribly sorry for this. But this amazing specialist was showing an unthinkable caring and understanding. She helped us with all the troubles. I love this woman. A low bow to you for your tireless work and a sincere and open heart. In my opinion It's a fantastic team, pretty people, and a sample of professional excellence. Visiting doctors at foreign countries makes people as helpless as children. But here we can feel a safety. Thank you so much.

A DISGRACE FOR A PRIVATE HOSPITAL. The lady working at reception doesn't know whether she booked an appointment, when she booked an appointment. In the end we had to explain ourselves to her for 10 minutes until she found that we were indeed booked.
After that she says that Codra Hospital doesn't do biopsies. Then she says it actually does???
Then when we came to the doctor, he says he has no information that we came for a biopsy, and schedules us again for the next day.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THE NURSE AT RECEPTION IS VERY VERY RUDE AND UNINTERESTED, LOOKING AT HER PERSONAL PHONE NON-STOP WHILE WE'RE TALKING TO HER.
DEFINITELY IF IT WERE A MATTER OF LIFE AND DEATH I WOULD NEVER COME HERE AGAIN, exclusively because of the STAFF!!!!
THE ONLY THING I CAN PRAISE IS DOCTOR BURZAN BECAUSE HE IS TRULY A VERY KIND AND PROFESSIONAL MAN, BUT AS FOR CODRA HOSPITAL AND THE STAFF, A COMPLETE ZERO!! Disgrace!!!!!!!!

I was in this hospital last november with lung inflammation. I was 100% satisfied with checking equipment and doctors. Most of the nurses were professional and polite, but there are a few complains. They spoke so loudly as it is a custom in Montenegro. Though it is a hospital and they have to know that there are sick people who need quiet and rest. But it is a minor problem. The worst and unacceptable thing is the food. It was impossible to eat salty fried food especially when you are sick. The cook does not understand what should be food for sick people. Sometimes nurses even forgot to bring me breakfast. When I insisted they brought better food but still it was not properly prepared So my friends had to bring me food. This is unexceptable in a private hospital where a week costs 3 000 euros. I am surprised the head doctor does not check what happens in the kitchen.

Unprofessional! They don't know how to insert needles, they poked both my hands, they don't follow disinfection protocols, they touch the injection site with ungloved fingers before administering, they don't ask about pregnancy or test results when administering contrast. The urologist confirmed the poor quality of the CT scan. And I haven't been able to raise my arms for three days!!!

My scheduled appointment at CODRA turned into a disappointment. Despite traveling an hour to get there, we were told to wait for the doctor who never arrived. After an hour of waiting, they informed us that the doctor wouldn't be available that day. Communication and organization need improvement.

A very ugly experience at the CODRA hospital and to this day I am haunted by the words of the lawyer and head nurse, a warm recommendation to LOOK FOR A JOB ELSEWHERE, IN A HEALTHIER AND BETTER PLACE.
