My mother supposed to have a surgery and the last medical report was meant to be from an endocrinologist. As it was again impossible to see the one in KBC, I booked a private one here. My mum was already very unwell and when we walked into dr office, it was like you were in Siberia. Freezing. I never experienced this before or after in my life. Dr took her time reading the rest of the reports while I was standing there. I was not even offered to sit, while my mother was shivering -it was obvious that she was freezing, but that dr did not pay any attention to this. I became extremely cold, let alone her. We finally finished with this appointment and my mother became severely sick from that day. With high fever, unable to even eat, stand,I had to call emergency 4 times and it took her long time to recover. To be exact, it took her 5 months to get back to normal. Of course, her surgery had to postponed. The paradox is that we went there for her to get better and she got very sick after because of the ignorance of the dr there. The staff at the front desk was not very professional either, so next time, if the situation arises, I will go somewhere else. As I was fighting for her to get better for so many months, I did not write a review immediately as this was not my priority at that time. Here it is now.

They left the most wonderful impressions, the woman who answers at the clinic showed great kindness and nurse Sanja from IVF had so much empathy towards us, and even though they couldn't accommodate us they tried their best, thank you so much for restoring our faith in humanity and human kindness. All praise to the clinic.

I made an appointment with an ophthalmologist for complaints about an eye infection. I arrived on time. I've been sitting for an hour already, there are about 5 people in line ahead of me. The doctor periodically comes out with an IQOS in his hands, lets acquaintances and strangers in) I went in, the doctor apologized for a long time. He examined with the equipment, checked my vision and fundus. We communicated in broken English, he typed the conclusion on the computer for a long time. He prescribed an antibiotic ointment. Note — the doctor is fine. The hospital is tired, nurses walk around without any apparent purpose. The visit costs 40 euros, the girl at the register rang up 60)) I noticed in time) I wouldn't recommend coming here with anything more serious.

What I felt in this hospital is expertise, experience, warmth, dedication to the patient. I would especially highlight dr Djurovic and his team in urology. Dr Djurovic is a great humanist, a wonderful person and an exceptional expert.

We are talking about a country that wants to join the European Union. We are talking about one and only clinic in the capital that provides private healthcare. Let's take them one by one: There is a WhatsApp line that they neither check nor answer. Once you manage to book an appointment, the only way to communicate with the staff is Google Translate. It is almost impossible to find qualified staff to explain your problem to in English. Unless by chance there is a doctor from Belgrade! I tried to book a coronarography examination which is a huge financial gain for the clinic, but they never answered. They simply don't know English. The locals go to Serbia for every problem, the country still needs a lot of effort to meet people's needs. Make sure nothing happens to you while you're in Montenegro. As a response to the owner who tried to justify himself and mentioned that their hospital is not an English language university, I simply ask you — how do you want a patient to communicate with your medical staff? Like in my case where I have visited at least 3 times myself and my husband 5 times! And we opened translators on our mobile phones to try to explain our problems! For confirmation, all you had to do was look in your records by surname and discover when and with which doctors we had examinations! Yes, you must have staff who know English. Whether you want it or not, it is the only way to communicate with foreign visitors to your country. 2 times wrong diagnoses, wrong treatment from your dermatologist despite the examinations I had. Perhaps I wouldn't have suffered if there had been a translator to explain rather than phone translations. I was burdened with pills, syrups and creams that were completely unrelated to my condition. Good luck going forward.

As far as we can tell you gave one star rating for Montenegrin overall English language speaking knowledge and we strongly disagree upon your alegations against our countrymen. You have the knowledge of our people and their habits regarding healthcare preffered provider locations, coronography examination impact on our financial situation, meaning that you are both financial, demographic but also healthcare and lingual expert. On the other hand, you wrote your review in Greek language, not mentioning healthcare providing issues in CODRA, so please forgive us for having serious doubt that any above mentioned allegations are true. Good luck with your coronography and we hope that stress that was caused by our country not being able to fulfill your rather demanding English speaking standards, won’t affect your cardiovascular health. And yes, we are a hospital with best cardiovascular team in Balkans, not English language university.

I want to thank Codra hospital and gynecologist Dr. Nikola Stanišić for the help provided. I had surgery under general anesthesia. The entire staff showed care for me before and after the surgery, the doctors would give me a reassuring pat on the shoulder and were very kind. At first I was very alarmed by the reviews about the hospital, but I trusted the doctor who referred me there. And in the end everything was at the highest level: communication, the surgery, and follow-up appointments afterward. Moreover, we spoke in three languages simultaneously and everyone understood each other. The price for the surgery that the doctor quoted did not change in the end, I paid exactly what they told me initially. The only thing was that before the surgery I had to take a paid COVID test. And the follow-up appointments after the surgery were free. Thank you!

If zero existed, that would be the rating, so it's 1. A hospital that hired a specialist doctor to work for a week and didn't pay the agreed fee. So through a lawyer and court I'm trying to collect payment for my honestly completed work.

The appointment was not honored, they were calling in clients who surely had their appointments scheduled after mine.
