We thank Lilija Halimonova, despite the fact that adolescence is a difficult time both for health and for communication, the doctor found an approach to our already grown-up child: without moralizing, with respect and understanding. All treatment recommendations were clear, well-founded and, importantly, effective!

Wow! We visited this clinic as a walk in and were immediately seen by a Doctor. We needed to renew several prescriptions as we were running low due to travelling for an extended period and were quite worried about how this process would work in a foreign country. The nurse spoke English relatively well but we also used translator just to confirm information. We were treated with professionalism and courtesy and the price was reasonable at around €100 for two consultations. Highly recommend this clinic.

I had the best international doctor experience here! Although there was a language barrier, all of the doctors and nurses were so kind and patient in trying to work out what was wrong with me, and were so beyond helpful! I saw the doctor immediately, and was constantly checked up on. It was the most efficient and positive experience. I couldn’t recommend this practice more!

Overall I can recommend the clinic. Special thanks to surgeon — dr. Miljan Zindović, he is attentive and very helpful. Doctors speak English well, which is fantastic! I also appreciated chat in Telegram, it was easy to make an appointment in Russian language and the responding person helped me in non-operating hours when I had doubts. There are certain things that I didn’t like though, i.e. recommendations are not full enough when they prepare you before a procedure and the same after, so please be mindful and take care to ask as many questions as you can think of in case you’re not sure about smth. Timing could be much better as well, I had a visit scheduled for 11am but was accepted at around 11:40, afterwards I was told they could perform a prescribed procedure in 30 min but I waited for more than an hour. Well, patients’ time should be valued more as this is the private (and not the cheapest) clinic. Also the ladies at reception desk don’t speak English, only Montenegrin and a bit of Russian. The organization could be better but I believe the clinic team is taking the right direction.

The biggest compliments for this new clinic. Nowhere, absolutely nowhere have I experienced such professionalism, kindness and, most importantly, humanity that should adorn our doctors and nurses. I am especially impressed by the attitude towards foreign patients, language knowledge, level of communication. My fear disappeared in a minute thanks to all team members, especially Dr. anesthesiologist Dunja, Dr. gastroenterologist Milošević and all other nurses from reception onwards. BonoMedica is such an exception to poor medical care in Montenegro. The nurses are super fast and kind, the medical team consisting of numerous specialists is outstanding and the care and professionalism I got was on a truly high level. I used their services number of times, first for colonoscopy performed under anesthesia,later for treating a wound infected in hospital at child birth. The treatment was effective and professional, with no delay and performed not only with care but kindness and explanation for each step of it . The confidence patient-doctor was built rather fast and is exactly what you expect from a private,well-equipped and modern clinic

Called into BonoMedical this morning with an infected toe. Was seen straightaway by a wonderful lady doctor and another lady nurse who cleaned and dressed the would in a Highly professional manner. Fantastic clinic that I would highly recommend
