I had an old hematoma and Dr.Miodrag Pavlicic removed it under local anesthesia. In my opinion the doctor and nurses are highly qualified and very nice. I had a great experience with this clinic! 1) I was there 5 or 6 times and never waited too long as described in other comments. 2) I paid as agreed. 3) Very professional and nice people. 4) The stitches are perfect!

Extremely unprofessional staff — starting from the booking of the surgery, arrogance, withholding full information, all the way to today, when my father and I left the clinic right before the operation because nobody addressed me for a whole 45 minutes — they were, however, ready to sip coffee and chat. Avoid this "café" of a clinic.

If you care about your own life and the lives of those closest to you, don't even think about treating a hemorrhoid problem at this clinic. A "routine laser surgery" turned, postoperatively, into severe internal bleeding. 11 days after the operation, the patient reports pain and bleeding to Dr. DOBRIČANIN, who had performed the routine laser procedure, and at the mandatory follow-up after 7 days. A lukewarm reaction to a cry for help, denial of any fault, worthless promises, completely wrong instructions, an insult to intelligence. 3 days later the bleeding drastically increases, while Dr. DOBRIČANIN tries to convince us that it isn't coming from the treated internal part of the rectum — "it's probably a polyp or a tumor, ha-haa." No action is taken; Dr. DOBRIČANIN's instructions are to wait at home until he organizes a detailed examination. Aware of the danger, that same night I desperately beg him to arrange admission to the Clinical Center (KBC), to which Dr. Dobričanin reacts negatively. On the 15th day after the operation, the patient is rapidly losing blood and collapses: emergency admission to the Clinical Center, emergency surgery and patching of inadequately treated blood vessels in the rectum, arterial bleeding, 10 units of transfused blood (4.5 L out of an average human body capacity of about 5.5 L), hemoglobin drops to 60 (40 is incompatible with human life). A FIGHT FOR LIFE!!! I am at the disposal of anyone interested in additional information, in the form of clear evidence (reports, discharge papers, chronology of blood test results, chronology of communication), because I don't want anyone to feel that helplessness as they watch with their own eyes how the negligence and indifference of arrogant pseudo-doctors very nearly took away their loved one. We were lucky this time.

Mr. Mitrović Miladin — unprofessional and uncouth. Jargon and vocabulary on the level of someone without a high-school education… disgraceful. Avoid the gentleman if possible.

An extremely unprofessional attitude: for a scheduled appointment, you wait an hour or more. Arrogant and the ultimate sign of disrespect towards patients. They cut in line with relatives, neighbors, friends and those who will "pay more." All in all — best avoided.

Very pleased with the services provided by the dentists of Ars Medica. Professional staff, transparent treatment and prices. The clinic was also the only practice working on a Sunday which was a massive life saver for me as I experienced acute dental issues. I personally received the best dental treatment I've ever had.

The word "thank you" is too little for Dr. Militin Vuković.
