I went for hair removal, first two or three treatments, then a package that was on offer. Very painful — it's an understatement to say how much pain there was during the hair removal treatments, horrible... I had hormone tests done, they were fine. I was told there would be results, but unfortunately there weren't any. In the end they gave me a so-called "free" treatment as well, but without results. A lot of money and time wasted on those treatments, with no results. They don't care at all that there is no success. As if it's not their problem. After a certain time I finally found a clinic here which has the latest laser that actually removes hairs successfully. I saw that they replied that I hadn't had my tests done, which isn't true. I had the tests done and they were fine. After that they started taking me into other, adjacent rooms, probably so we wouldn't run into each other. I was told to continue with the treatments until the hairs were gone. As the hairs weren't disappearing, the girl who works there told me that I would still have to pay for the treatments if I wanted to continue. So judging by that too, this is what they're prepared to do just to defend themselves. Incompetence and unprofessionalism!

I have been going to Dr.Alexandra Barovic for about 7 years now. I have done Botox and fillers with her and she is literally the best. There was 2 times I went to someone else for Botox out of the country and it was a big mistake. When I go to her , she lifts my brows , my eyes open up and makes everything smooth, all while making me look natural. Honestly, she has hands of gold .
