I got pneumonia. At first I went to a pulmonologist in Herceg Novi. After 4 days of treatment following their recommendations it got worse. I turned to doctor Zorica Vukcevic. After her consultation and correct prescription of medications, within a week the complication passed and I felt much better. Thank you to the doctor for her smart and correct approach. She got me back on my feet. If only there were more such qualified specialists.

While traveling in Croatia, I caught a virus that affected me greatly. First examination and correct treatment at the hospital in Split. Ten days later, my condition worsened to the point of deciding to go to the nearest clinic in Sutomore, Montenegro. I was taken care of immediately and seen by doctor Zorica Vukcevic, pulmonologist, who after auscultation and thorough discussion, blood tests and X-ray, made her diagnosis and gave me a completely appropriate treatment. It has now been 3 days and I'm back in shape. A big thank you also to the nurses who were very kind and professional. Despite the language barrier, no issues with the reception staff who proved to be efficient. This is a truly high-performing modern establishment at all levels. Highly recommended.

I ended up at the clinic completely by chance, I urgently needed surgical help. The appointment was conducted by doctor Dragoslav Tomanović. Having instantly assessed the situation, the doctor decided that surgical intervention was necessary. He performed the surgery, prescribed all the necessary treatment and tests. He always did the bandaging himself, monitoring the recovery process and making necessary adjustments to my treatment. Huge thanks to the clinic staff for their warm attitude and willingness to help. If anyone has problems with lungs and respiratory organs, then pulmonologist Zorica Vukcevic is without a doubt the best choice of a professional.

Good day everyone! I want to leave a review about the professional service at the A3 Medical clinic (Sutomore). My visit to the clinic was related to acute lower back pain, tablets and ointments were no longer helping. I managed to get an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon the same day we contacted the reception. Surgeon Aleksandr Vujičić carefully conducted the examination, listened (he speaks Serbian and English, a Russian-speaking interpreter was not needed, although, if necessary, this service can be used for free), immediately sent me for an X-ray (the most modern equipment!). After receiving the images (in two projections) the problem became clear, the doctor prescribed a treatment plan – a nerve block, intramuscular injections (3 days), then physiotherapy (10 sessions). The doctor performed the nerve block immediately, there was no need to schedule separately or wait. After that it became much easier, the pain was gone. By the way, the operating room impressed with its cleanliness and tidiness (compared to other clinics in Montenegro). For two weeks I came for injections (very attentive nurses), and then for physiotherapy – to Aleksandra, a wonderful professional in her field. After completing the treatment I felt much better, on the recommendation of Aleksandr Vujičić I started doing physical therapy exercises on my own. Now nothing bothers me. With gratitude I want to note the professionalism, promptness in service and decision-making, as well as the friendly and attentive attitude of the clinic staff toward patients, from the reception staff to the medical personnel and doctors. I am very happy that such a great clinic exists in Montenegro, and right near us, in Sutomore. If I or my family need help in the future, I will only turn to this clinic. I'll add: the latest modern equipment, professional doctors, interpreters, even the interior design makes this clinic worthy of the best choice. I want to congratulate the residents of Sutomore, the Bar municipality, and probably all of Montenegro, on the opening of the new medical center "A3". I cannot contain my emotions, I want to sincerely thank the entire team for the wonderful reception and the brilliantly performed operation at the end of February 2024. The center itself embodies everything best in the medical trend. You can see the hand of Alexei Dudich, who put his soul into his creation down to the smallest details. Even trying to find fault with something in a biased way would hardly succeed. Pleasant surprises happen at every step. The reception desk - a sincere desire to understand and help! And further everything is easy and simple, the protocol is followed precisely, professionally, quickly. The staff does their work with pleasure and good spirits. All preoperative tests in half an hour!!! Where have I seen this before? Nowhere! Although I've seen a lot. The interior is done so carefully and with such taste that the illusion of being in a brand new hotel appears, with pleasant, neat rooms instead of traditional wards. The equipment is state-of-the-art, brand new, the operating room is a fairy tale! Everything together creates a light and completely optimistic mood - everything will be fine! From the first words of communication with the maestro surgeon Dragoslav Tomanovic, you understand - you are in the reliable hands of a virtuoso of his profession! The nurses Lepa, Daniela are simply darlings! The price list for services at the center with such a high level of service is beyond competition, and with a flexible payment system at that. Excellent experience – absolutely recommended! I had a spinal MRI done at this clinic and I am extremely satisfied. The appointment scheduling was impressively fast – I received an appointment from one day to the next. The cost of the examination at 270 EUR was more than fair. Particularly noteworthy is the highly qualified and extremely friendly staff who took excellent care of me. Additionally, the clinic is extremely clean and well-maintained, which provides an additional sense of security. I can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic and will return anytime.

My experience visiting the polyclinic and hospital left only pleasant impressions. On January 9th I arrived at the polyclinic with acute abdominal pain. After describing my problem at reception, a staff member immediately came out and took me to the emergency therapy department, where staff gave me care and attention. The doctor quickly and accurately made a diagnosis (appendicitis). Preparation for surgery was promptly organized, everywhere I was met with smiles, care and compassion. Then the difficult days of rehabilitation began for me, and during those days I was not left alone — the staff is very approachable, they carried out the necessary therapeutic procedures on time and professionally, accompanied me during exercise, checked on my room during the night, always ready to help. I especially want to highlight the surgeons Lazović, Tomanović, anesthesiologist Lana Vučetić, head nurse of the surgery department Dragica, and nurse Slavica. Your professionalism, ability to act clearly in difficult situations, care and attention are truly valuable! I thank the entire team for their difficult daily work and wish everyone health, professional growth, peace, more joy, laughter and happy moments, and well-being.

The comprehensive service is great. If you come to the orthopedist, he immediately sends you for an X-ray and immediately looks at the result. Right there he examines the tissues on ultrasound. Right there you go to the neighboring procedure room to drain fluid from the knee. If you bring a child to the pediatrician, they immediately take tests that are ready in an hour, and the doctor can already review them, while the child is immediately put on inhalation or an IV drip if needed. The efficiency that Montenegro still lacks so much. The only thing to always keep in mind is that every additional action comes with a charge. So far all actions have been justified.

I wanted to share my experience of getting examined at this clinic. The clinic, by Montenegrin standards, is very good: with new medical equipment and professional doctors. Hence the five stars I'm giving, not wanting to ruin the rating. However, there was one nuance that I really didn't like, and I hope the people responsible for this clinic's policy will take it into account and adjust their attitude toward patients. I came with a problem of severe cough that appeared after a trip to Kazakhstan. Secondarily, I wanted to check my kidneys for stones. I gave blood, had a lung X-ray and kidney ultrasound. Actually, that was already sufficient to prescribe treatment. But unexpectedly, the doctor asked me to undergo another test: a CT scan with contrast. I'm far from medicine and didn't understand at first what it was. I thought I had some unique situation with my cough and the CT scan was needed for a deeper investigation of the cause of this problem. But in the end, it turned out that the main focus was on the pancreas and this test had nothing to do with investigating the causes of my cough. The clinic simply earned money from an unnecessary test. And that's deplorable. In regular clinics in Kazan, where we came from, this test is prescribed reluctantly and only when investigating the problem with CT provides more benefit than harm from undergoing it. And the harm of this procedure is significant: first, you receive a massive dose of radiation comparable to standing in the sun on a clear day for 40 months (I was given three glasses of iodinated water to drink beforehand); second, this procedure has many side effects (my right lung hurt afterward and it only passed a week later); third, it's a long procedure. We came with small children. We sat in the clinic for 5 hours, of which an hour and a half was spent on preparation for CT, performing CT, and waiting for the body's reaction after CT. The children were crying, eventually my wife started crying too. The doctors saw that I was with small children but talked me into an unnecessary and, most importantly, harmful (!!!) test. So my advice to everyone: when you go to a clinic, ask what test they're prescribing and how it contributes to understanding the causes of your problem. I hope the clinic will take my review into account and such misunderstandings won't happen again next time.
