While passing through Montenegro I got problems with my ear. I had pain and slight hearing loss. I received an appointment on the same day within a short time and was treated without waiting.
I am glad to have been here. The price of 29 € for the treatment is also absolutely reasonable. Thank you!

When booking an appointment with the gastroenterologist
Damir Muhović, I immediately clarified the cost of the appointment, they told me 45€.
The doctor is competent, attentive.
After the appointment at the reception they quoted 75€, I reminded them that I had clarified the cost when booking and the price was 45€.
To which they replied that it was the price for a different gastroenterologist, but I specifically named Damir Muhović when booking and asked about his appointment cost.
The answer: well, we made a mistake then, pay 75€
Now other procedures are needed, they quoted 400€, but in reality it could turn out to be a completely different amount...
Something like that.

The best clinic in Montenegro, A3 Medical. Professional staff as well as doctors are the best in the region. The kindness of the reception staff, then the nurses, especially nurse Danijela Demir, deserves every praise. All recommendations for this clinic from the heart

Terrible experience. They don't know the prices, they don't have codes. When I called by phone I was told one price, when paying I was in shock, they charged me 840 euros for mole removal and keloid treatment! When I protested they supposedly reduced it by 200 euros but they themselves don't know why, what, or how. They spent 3 hours figuring out how much to charge me, they don't know the exact price or code, they're looking for needles, as if I went to a public health center and not a private clinic! Disgraceful

We all know what healthcare is like in Montenegro.. and if it weren't for private clinics things would be bad for us, but in my opinion this clinic is the best of all. The best specialists, very helpful staff, doctors very dedicated. Everything is clean and tidy. They have all the most modern equipment so if I recommend any clinic it's A3

I do not recommend an examination with orthopedist Aleksandar Vujičić. First, he supposedly couldn't open my MRI scan, so instead of the MRI images he examined me with ultrasound and said something that in the end turned out to be incorrect. He told me I needed surgery and during the examination repeated about 3 times that he doesn't know how long the wait is for surgery at a public hospital — I got the impression he wanted to move me from the examination chair straight to the operating table. Thank God I didn't have the surgery, and what he supposedly saw on the ultrasound is not at all present on the MRI, and my problem was solvable without surgery. Now I'm definitely convinced he intentionally didn't open the MRI so he could charge me for both the ultrasound and some injection that didn't help me at all.
What a waste of money.
Owner's response:
1. During the examination, the radiologist's description of the MRI scan was used, as it is the professional opinion of the doctor based on which the orthopedist conducted the examination. We note that it is not the orthopedist's obligation to interpret the MRI scan, as that is the radiologist's responsibility;
My response: The MRI description nowhere states that the meniscus is trapped between two bones, so I can conclude that he either misread the radiologist's report or doesn't know how to read a radiologist's report.
Attached is the radiologist's report.
2. The ultrasound examination was additionally performed to confirm the diagnosis, as it is the most reliable method to verify the diagnosis;
My response: With an MRI scan there is no need for an additional ultrasound examination, as everything is visible on MRI.
The ultrasound wouldn't have been necessary if the MRI had been done at your facility, but this way it's an additional way to take money from patients, because there's no need to do an ultrasound when the patient has an MRI. That my meniscus fell between 2 bones was seen only by that "expert" who works at your clinic. And as I already wrote, it tells me enough that if he could have, he would have wanted to move me from the examination chair straight to the operating table so I'd pay for the surgery too. He repeated about 3 times that he doesn't know how long the wait for surgery is at a public hospital, but fortunately I'm not someone who rushes into having surgery.
3. The injection was given to reduce pain due to the injury that was found.
My response: It wasn't just for pain but supposedly also to help the meniscus return to its place, but as I said, that wasn't my injury.
4. Surgery was recommended based on the orthopedist's professional opinion.
My response: The orthopedist gave an incorrect professional opinion and as I already said, what he claimed was on the MRI isn't there, and I recovered without surgery because the injury didn't require surgery, so I don't know what he would have operated on.

During the holidays my 2-year-old son cut his head and needed stitches. At A3 Medical hospital we found extremely well-prepared staff and despite my difficulty speaking English, we were received with great professionalism and kindness. Super recommended!

I want to share my experience visiting the A3 Medical center. This is truly an amazing place where every patient feels safe and surrounded by attention. First of all, it's worth noting the excellent doctors working here. Every specialist in this hospital is a high-level professional who devotes maximum attention to each patient. What is especially important, the hospital is very conveniently located and easily accessible.
A3 Medical is equipped with the newest and most modern equipment, which allows all necessary examinations to be performed on site. The hospital has a laboratory where all tests can be done, and results are ready very quickly. This saves a lot of time and nerves. The clinic operates from early morning until late evening, allowing you to choose a convenient time for your visit. I'd like to separately note the good parking, which is also very convenient.
The hospital has a café with food and drinks where you can rest in the shade, which is a pleasant bonus. For Russian-speaking patients, free interpreter services are provided here, with interpreters always on site and ready to help. Many doctors partially speak Russian, and some are fully Russian-speaking, making communication and treatment more comfortable. Not only therapists work here, but also practicing surgeons and pediatricians, allowing many medical issues to be resolved in one place. The hospital has a very wide range of specialists, including internists.
Special attention is paid to patient comfort: comfortable chairs and couches for procedures, attentive staff. Appointments can be made online, by phone or through messengers, including in Russian. All test results and examination findings are provided both electronically and on paper. The hospital has X-ray, MRI, CT and ultrasound machines, which can be done in very short timeframes, and specialists who interpret results in understandable language. Prices are moderate, but the quality of services significantly exceeds expectations — the patient receives much more than what they pay for.
I especially want to highlight doctor Zorica, a pulmonologist, and her kind nurse. My father, who is over 70 years old, came to the hospital in an extremely serious condition with lung and heart edema and oxygen saturation at 60. Treatment lasted almost a month, of which two weeks were devoted to IV drips and constant therapy. Doctor Zorica remained available by phone throughout the entire day and night, fully tracked the treatment diary and checked the patient's condition every morning, providing consultations and adjusting treatment without the need for additional appointments. Such professionalism and compassion are not always found even in highly specialized and very expensive clinics. Doctor Zorica speaks Russian fairly well, which greatly facilitated communication, and an interpreter was always nearby just in case.
I would also like to note urologist Dmitry, who continues treating my father for other issues related to the kidneys. He is a Russian-speaking doctor who perfectly understands which local medications to prescribe. Communication with him is very easy and clear, which is important for elderly patients, especially in such delicate areas of personal health.
In general, the A3 Medical center is an ideal place for those seeking quality medical care, attentive treatment and comfort. We are grateful to the entire team for their care and professionalism!

We came with severe pain. Help was provided instantly, professionally, with great humanity and compassion. There was no feeling that they just wanted to take our money. There are Russian language interpreters who accompany every consultation. They are called when needed.

The first time we were at A3 was in winter, when our whole family had pneumonia. Only enthusiastic impressions of the doctors and nurses. Everything to the point, no over-diagnosis, very attentive care. And now I went to them for a check-up program — health screening. My impression hasn't been spoiled at all. Doctor Zorica and nurse Biljana are a real team that does everything to conduct the examination, tests, and give recommendations in the best possible way. I highly recommend it. Both for urgent cases and for regular health screenings too
